Our Legal Department offers support in various areas, ensuring greater security for the producer and their production.

Among the services available are:

• Environmental regularization of the property (CAR and PRA);
  • Regulation of water resource use (granting or exemption);
  • Guidelines for issuing DCAA, GEDAVE and environmental licenses;
  • Legal advice on fire-related issues (PAM, PPI, environmental assistance and defenses);
  • Greener Ethanol Protocol;
  • Guidance on labor legislation and land issues;
  • Analysis of contracts related to sugarcane farming;
  • Support in contracts, addendums, notifications and administrative processes;
  • Participation and representation in River Basin Committees, Technical Chambers, and environmental actions in the sector.
  
  

We also provide support on issues such as ITR (Rural Land Tax), union dues, education allowance, family succession, notifications, and other producer demands.
