Top Cane

The Top Cana program, launched on June 16, 2016, by Socicana in partnership with the Solidaridad Foundation, has the support of mills in the region. The initiative helps producers with social and environmental adaptation and provides guidance on the economic pillar, for the longevity of their business. Promotes the sustainability of sugarcane farming through improvements in technical management, processes, business and socio-environmental issues. The program received the “Bonsucro Inspire 2018” Award, considered the Oscar of certifications, awarded annually to the institution that stands out on the world stage in relation to sustainable agricultural practices.
